All-Italian acquisition: Liu-Jo buys Blumarine

The Carpi brands joined by Marchi a few days after entering the capital of Coin Important acquisition in the fashion field. All not only between Italian brands, but between two brands that "live" in the same province, that of Modena. It was the owner of Liu-Jo, a clothing company born in Carpi (Modena), Marco Marchi, who announced yesterday the passage under his wings of the Blumarine brand, a historic name in fashion always born in the province of Modena, and always in Carpi in the specific, historic center of Italian textiles. The announcement comes after months of rumors, and now the acquisition is official. Recently the same Marchi had declared that the Blumarine logo, founded in 1977, "is the dream of every Carpi", giving credit to the rumors that gave the passage of deliveries very close. At the moment no other details of the transaction are known. In recent days, the number one of Liu Jo had joined the corporate structure of another historic brand of the Northeast, Coin, the Italian department store chain.
